Bill Fitzgerald is Of Counsel to the firm, providing transactional and litigation services to the entertainment and sports industries.

Mr. Fitzgerald represents local, national and international clients in transactions involving agreements such as artist management, literary publishing, film and television, models and modeling agencies, professional sports, and employment contracts. He represents clients ranging from domestic and international professional athletes and artists to industry executives in litigation matters, including breach of contract and fiduciary duty obligations, rights of publicity and privacy, and court confirmation of minors' contracts.

Prior to joining Porzio, Mr. Fitzgerald independently practiced entertainment and sports law for several years before going on to found and head entertainment and sports law practice groups in other tristate law firms.
