For over a decade, Eli Scheiman has demonstrated a keen aptitude for successfully managing complex matters with novel legal issues and challenging adversaries. Eli is adept at devising and implementing a consistent narrative and strategy through to final disposition. He believes that one of the absolute keys to providing excellent, cost-effective client service is maintaining positive and results-oriented relationships with adversaries and the courts. Eli concentrates in the analysis of insurance policies and claims, contract disputes, class actions, consumer fraud actions, counseling and employment defense to employers, and the defense of public and private entities in tort actions.
He joined Porzio in 2007 and is currently Counsel in the firm's Litigation Practice Group.
Eli is an active participant in the Jewish community. He is a member of the Adult Education Committee at Oheb Shalom Congregation in South Orange, NJ.
