This panel provided strategic advice to corporate counsel on how to advise their officers and directors concerning fiduciary obligations and compliance requirements, while achieving efficient and harmonious operations.
Roy A. Cohen moderated the panel, "Litigation Management – Art, Science, or Magic?" at 10:50 AM. Changing times are affecting how companies manage litigation and trials. This panel provided advice on many of the issues that are important to lawyers and clients alike.
Diane F. Averell participated on the panel, "Corporate Litigation Update," at 12:55 PM. This panel provided an update on the latest legal developments in lightning round fashion for corporate counsel and their external lawyers.
