William F. Fitzgerald Joins the Porzio Litigation Practice Group

Porzio is proud to welcome William (Bill) F. Fitzgerald as Of Counsel to the firm and a member of the Litigation Practice Group. He focuses his practice on sports and entertainment law.

Mr. Fitzgerald represents local, national and international clients in transactions involving agreements such as artist management, literary publishing, film and television, record contracts, models and modeling agencies, professional sports, and employment contracts. He represents clients ranging from professional athletes and artists to industry executives in litigation matters, including breach of contract and fiduciary duty obligations, right of publicity and privacy, and court confirmation of minor's contracts.

Prior to joining Porzio, Mr. Fitzgerald independently practiced entertainment and sports law for several years before founding and heading entertainment and sports law practice groups in other tristate law firms.
