Porzio Welcomes Tanya Shah to the Litigation Department

Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C. (Porzio) proudly welcomes Tanya Y. Shah to the firm as an associate in the Litigation Practice Group. 

An experienced litigator, Tanya previously served as Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Brooklyn Tort Division of the New York City Law Department. There she defended the City of New York in civil actions arising out of alleged false arrest and excessive force cases, civil rights violations, premises liability, slip and fall accidents, and motor vehicle accidents. 

Tanya received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2014 and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and English from Rutgers University in 2011.
