One-on-One Experience
Our Administrative Services Mentoring Program was established to improve the orientation, integration and retention of administrative professionals. We assign a mentor to support, motivate and advise each newly hired team member. Mentors provide one-on-one attention, offering personalized guidance through the adjustment and development processes. Through mentoring, the firm seeks to instill its people with a sense of belonging.
While our formal mentor program is designed to encompass the first six months of employment, we encourage our people to extend their interactions beyond this framework. We aspire to form mentoring relationships that span careers.
