FROM PORZIO OFFICE AT 100 SOUTHGATE PARKWAY
Go northeast on Southgate Parkway by turning right. Turn left to take the I-287 North ramp. Merge onto I-287 North. Take the Route-24 East exit (Exit 37) towards Springfield. Merge onto NJ-24 East. Take the I-78 East ramp towards Garden State Parkway (RT-124/RT-82). Merge onto I-78 East. Take I-78 Express lane East ramp towards New Jersey Turnpike (I-95)/Holland Tunnel. Merge onto I-78 Express lane East. Take Exit 58 toward New Jersey Turnpike (I-95/US-1)/Port Newark (US-9). Take I-95 North/NJ Turnpike North exit. Merge onto I-95 North/New Jersey Turnpike (portions toll). Take the Route 3 exit (Exit 16E) towards Lincoln Tunnel. I-495 East becomes I-495 East/Lincoln Tunnel. When exiting the Lincoln Tunnel bear left towards 40th Street & North/West Side Highway. Merge onto Dyer Avenue. Turn left onto West 42nd Street. Turn right on 10th Avenue. Turn right onto West 56th Street and continue past 7th Avenue to 156 W. 56th Street.

FROM SOUTH/CENTRAL NJ
Take I-78 Express lane East ramp towards New Jersey Turnpike (I-95)/Holland Tunnel. Merge onto I-78 Express lane East. Take Exit 58 toward New Jersey Turnpike (I-95/US-1)/Port Newark (US-9). Take I-95 North/NJ Turnpike North exit. Merge onto I-95 North/New Jersey Turnpike (portions toll). Take the Route 3 exit (Exit 16E) towards Lincoln Tunnel. I-495 East becomes I-495 East/Lincoln Tunnel. When exiting the Lincoln Tunnel bear left towards 40th Street & North/West Side Highway. Merge onto Dyer Avenue. Turn left onto West 42nd Street. Go from I-80 East to Exit 53 for Route 46 East. Route 46 turns into Route 3 East to Lincoln Tunnel. Take the Route 3 exit (Exit 16E) towards Lincoln Tunnel. When exiting the Lincoln Tunnel bear left towards 40th Street & North/West Side Highway. Merge onto Dyer Avenue. Turn left onto West 42nd Street. Turn right onto 10th Avenue. Turn right onto West 56th Street and continue past 7th Avenue to 156 W. 56th Street.

On Eighth Avenue board the M10, M20 or M104 bus. Take the bus uptown to Eighth Avenue and West 57th Street. Walk one block east on West 57th Street to Seventh Avenue and West 57th Street. Walk one block south on Seventh Avenue to West 56th Street. Walk half a block east on West 56th Street to 156 West 56th Street.

FROM PENNSYLVANIA STATION (NJ Transit, LIRR and Amtrak - 34th Street between 7th & 8th Avenues)
On Eighth Avenue board the M10, M20 or M104 bus. Take the bus uptown to Eighth Avenue and West 57th Street. Walk one block east on West 57th Street to Seventh Avenue and West 57th Street. Walk one block south on Seventh Avenue to West 56th Street. Walk half a block east on West 56th Street to 156 West 56th Street.

FROM GRAND CENTRAL TERMINAL
(MetroNorth - 42nd Street & Park Avenue)
Exit Grand Central Terminal to the south. On 42nd Street board the M104 bus west which will proceed across 42nd Street and then turn uptown on Eighth Avenue. Take the bus to Eighth Avenue and West 57th Street. Walk one block east on West 57th Street to Seventh Avenue and West 57th Street. Walk one block south on Seventh Avenue to West 56th Street. Walk half a block east on West 56th Street to 156 West 56th Street.

Or On 42nd Street board the M42 bus west and take it to Avenue of the Americas (Sixth Avenue). Ask the driver for a transfer. At Sixth Avenue transfer to the M5, M6 or M7 bus. Take any of these buses uptown to Avenue of the Americas and West 57th Street. Walk one block south on Avenue of the Americas to West 56th Street. Walk half a block west on West 56th Street to 156 West 56th Street.

FROM PATH 33RD STREET STATION (33rd Street & Avenue of the Americas - last stop on the uptown PATH line)
On Avenue of the Americas board the M5, M6 or M7 bus. Take any of these buses uptown to Avenue of the Americas and West 57th Street. Walk one block south on Avenue of the Americas to West 56th Street. Walk half a block west on West 56th Street to 156 West 56th Street.

Follow signs to Subway level and the Times Square Shuttle. Take the Times Square Shuttle to Times Square and transfer to the N or R train (free transfer). Take the N or R train “Uptown” or “To Queens”to the 57th Street stop (57th Street and Seventh Avenue). Exit station at 57th Street and Seventh Avenue. Walk one block south on Seventh Avenue to West 56th Street. Walk half a block east on West 56th Street to 156 West 56th Street.

FROM PATH 33RD STREET STATION (33rd Street & Avenue of the Americas - last stop on the uptown PATH line)
Follow the signs within the PATH station to the Sixth Avenue (Avenue of the Americas) subway. Take either the B or Q train “Uptown” or “To Queens” to the 57th Street stop (57th Street & Avenue of the Americas). Exit the station to 57th Street and Avenue of the Americas. Walk one block south on Avenue of the Americas to West 56th Street. Walk half a block west on West 56th Street to 156 West 56th Street.

Notes:
Eighth Avenue and Sixth Avenue are both one-way uptown streets (south to north). Seventh Avenue is one-way downtown street (north to south).
56th Street is one-way west to east (as are the majority of even-numbered streets; odd-numbered streets are one-way east to west).
42nd Street is a two-way street. From Grand Central Terminal make sure to head west.
