Porzio assists Life Sciences companies with assessment of and compliance with requirements in their corporate integrity agreements. We perform reviews and evaluations of systems, processes, policies, procedures and practices related to promotional and product services as outlined in a company’s corporate integrity agreement, including detailing sessions, field force monitoring, and sample distribution. We also provide counseling in the preparation of implementation, annual and other reports required under a corporate integrity agreement.
Our subsidiary, Porzio Life Sciences, LLC, offers a database containing searchable summaries of corporate integrity agreement requirements resulting from federal government enforcement actions against Life Sciences companies that have allegedly violated anti-kickback laws, the Prescription Drug Marketing Act, FDA regulations, and the False Claims Act, among others. The database also provides insight into the violations that are most often pursued by the federal government, as well as access to relevant documents, when available.
