Marketing & Compliance Project Coordinator/Office Support

The New England Marketing & Compliance Project Coordinator is responsible for managing marketing and compliance projects and activities, providing general project assistance and supporting general office functions.  The role of the Marketing & Compliance Project Coordinator is diverse, creative  and collaborative.  The Marketing & Compliance Project Coordinator works under the direct supervision of the managing principal of the New England office.

Essential Functions:

  • Draft, update and maintain regional business plan and perform related activities and follow-up.
  • Organize, attend and assist during regional events including, conferences, dinners, marketing events and other programs.
  • Develop and assist with proposals and engagement letters.
  • Maintain and update regional contacts list.
  • Manage social media marketing efforts and interaction.
  • Provide general project assistance.
  • Manage project worksheets.
  • Support development and preparation of presentations.
  • Manage day-to-day office activities.
  • Provide administrative and technical support as needed.
  • Provide general clerical support, as needed.
  • In addition to the specific areas of responsibility, the position of Project Coordinator/Marketing and Office Support is diversified and will also include job-related tasks as determined and/or assigned.

Education, Experience and Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in appropriate field, or equivalent, preferred.
  • Social media experience required.
  • Project support experience or training preferred.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with remote firm personnel.
  • Life Sciences experience would be a bonus.
  • Event planning experience preferred.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proficiency on all applicable computer and web-based programs.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment including, but not limited to, telephones, photocopy machines, facsimile machines, printers  and computers.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility in daily work schedule to meet company needs.
  • A valid driver's license or ability to transport oneself to off-site meeting locations independently of mass transit, if necessary.
  • Flexibility in schedule to travel locally on company-related business.
