Ivan Tukhtin is an associate of the ﬁrm and a member of the Business Law group. Mr. Tukhtin concentrates his practice on assisting middle-market businesses with matters related to commercial and business litigation, labor and employment, as well as assisting companies wishing to expand into cannabis. Mr. Tukhtin has counseled clients on numerous matters, including but not limited to, business formation, Intellectual property, contract disputes and negotiation, mergers & acquisitions, the drafting of employment agreements and handbooks, and much more.
Before joining Porzio, Mr. Tukhtin served as an associate at a private law ﬁrm, focusing on various aspects of Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property ranging from registration of trademarks to the drafting, structuring and negotiating of contracts and licenses.
