

Overview
Christine M. Sellitti advises individuals and families in all aspects of family wealth transfers including trust and estate, tax, business succession, and philanthropic planning. Ms. Sellitti also counsels clients to help structure plans that minimize estate reductions and maximize non-tax goals through estate planning and administration, taxation, and business transactions. In addition, she regularly counsels clients on trust and estate administration, probate and fiduciary litigation matters, and interpretation of wills and trusts.
Additionally, Ms. Sellitti leverages her prior experience as a gift planning officer with the American Red Cross to counsel donors on planning techniques to benefit individuals and charitable organizations.
Ms. Sellitti served as Law Clerk to the Honorable James G. Troiano, J.S.C., from 1998-1999. Prior to joining Porzio, she was a founding member of Elias Sellitti LLC, a boutique law firm with its main office in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, and a satellite office in New York, New York.
