Principal William A. Krais Will Participate in the MCBA/MCLE Program: "The Leading Cases in Civil Law from 2015 to the Present"
Principal William A. Krais will participate in the Morris County Bar Association (MCBA) MCLE program, "The Leading Cases in Civil Law from 2015 to the Present," taking place on June 15, 2016 from 5:30 - 7:30 PM. This timely discussion will provide participants a wide background of valuable information and present helpful insight to apply towards future casework.
Bill Krais has tried and settled many different kinds of medical malpractice and serious personal injury cases in both New Jersey and New York, including cases involving, for example, babies injured during childbirth, orthopedic injuries, delayed diagnosis of cancer, surgical errors, traumatic brain injuries, wrongful death, and those injured in accidents. As former chair of the District X Attorney Ethics Committee, he also counsels attorneys in respect to issues of legal ethics.
The MCBA is a professional association of attorneys and members of the legal community who promote an understanding and appreciation of the law and its capacity for public service.
