Michelle Burke to Present During ABA Regional Program on Navigating the First Years of Litigation Practice

Porzio counsel Michelle M. Burke will present during the American Bar Association (ABA) Regional CLE Program, taking place March 26, 2019, at Seton Hall Law School in Newark, NJ.  The progrm title is "Discover Yourself: Navigating the First Years of Litigation Practice," and is presented by the Section of Litigation Young Advocates, Minority Trial Lawyer, and Ethics & Professionalism Committees.

Ms. Burke will serve as a moderator during the panel, "Tips for Effectively Dealing With Inside and Outside Clients." The session will focus on the nuances of dealing with internal and external clients and spearheading investigations and discovery-related issues. The all-star panel of speakers, including in-house counsel, will address critical topics such as implementing litigation holds, apprising clients of updates and deadlines, managing client expectations and reporting requirements, document collection and investigation, and effective communication strategies.
