Porzio Announces Relocation of Princeton Office

Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C. (Porzio) is pleased to announce the relocation of our Princeton, New Jersey office to 600 Alexander Road, Suite 2-1, effective September 1, 2016. The new facility and centralized location will allow for greater efficiency and accessibility.

Porzio's Princeton office continues to be led by principals Todd A. Denys, Diane Dunn McKay, Robert M. Schechter and Robert G. Shepherd, with a primary focus in the areas of intellectual property, including patent, trademark and copyright law, and corporate, commercial and business law. Services include: the worldwide clearance, registration and licensing of intellectual property; prosecution of domestic and foreign applications as well as the maintenance of global trademark portfolios on behalf of clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies; counseling concerning the protection of software-related intellectual property and software rights and the drafting of software-related agreements; litigation of infringement matters; and the representation of parties with cross-border interests and investments in business finance, corporate compliance and bankruptcy matters. Counsel I. Richard Ploss will join the office and augment the services provided to include estate planning and administration for clients in New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania.
