Porzio Welcomes Corporate Attorney Pamela M. Kapsimalis

Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C. (Porzio) is pleased to announce that Pamela M. Kapsimalis has joined as Counsel in the firm's Morristown, NJ office. She focuses her practice in transactional matters, concentrating in the corporate, real estate, commercial lending, franchise, and general contract areas.

Ms. Kapsimalis represents individuals, corporate entities of all sizes, and has extensive experience in the retail and boutique exercise industries. She works with her clients to provide a wide array of business and legal advice including the acquisition and disposition of real estate, stock, assets, and inventory, and provides counseling on leasing, licensing, construction, franchising, staffing, and general business matters.

Most recently, Ms. Kapsimalis served as the General Counsel to Preferred Freezer Services, one of the largest cold storage warehouse companies in the country. Prior to working in-house, she was at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP, further developing her retail experience by representing various boutique brands from the inception of the business transaction through the management of business operations.

Ms. Kapsimalis completed her J.D. degree at Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey, earned a B.A. with honors in English from Middlebury College in Vermont, and is admitted to the New Jersey bar. She serves as a trustee for Kent Place School in Summit, New Jersey and has previously served as the Head of the Development Committee in supporting the school's $30 million capital campaign and as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Summit Speech School.
