Overview
Peter Kelley is Of Counsel to Porzio and handles transactional matters for the Business Law team. In his practice, Pete provides general counsel to small and large size businesses in multiple industries including locomotive part manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, and commercial real estate. Pete is experienced in real estate transactions, corporate structuring, and general business matters.
Prior to private practice, Pete worked for a real estate development, investment, and management company. Pete oversaw the management of the company’s residential and commercial real estate portfolio. Pete participated in varying aspects of the real estate industry including negotiating and drafting of both residential and commercial leases, financing real estate development, and real estate compliance issues.
Pete grew up in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and graduated from The University of Scranton with a Bachelor of Science in International Business. Pete attended Widener University Delaware Law School and graduated in 2018.
