David is an associate of Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C. and a member of the firm's Litigation Practice Group, concentrating his practice in the areas of employment and education law. His practice focuses on the representation of boards of education, advising clients on issues including: compliance with applicable state and federal statutes and regulations; employment related matters; tenure issues; grievances; construction concerns; healthcare and benefits; and labor relations. He investigates and advises on allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and breaches of the collective negotiations agreement.
David is well-versed in the preparation of a wide array of agreements, including settlement agreements, shared service agreements, leases, collective negotiations agreements, and vendor contracts. He has experience litigating matters in both state and federal courts, and representing clients before a wide variety of governmental agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Public Employment Relations Commission, Government Records Council, United States and New Jersey Departments of Education, and Office of Administrative Law.
