

Overview
Dean Oswald is an associate of the firm and a member of the Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Team. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Delaware and his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. Since joining Porzio, Dean's practice has focused on representing debtors, trustees, creditors and other parties in interest in connection with chapter 11 proceedings, related bankruptcy litigation and corporate restructurings.
While attending Brooklyn Law School, Dean was a Notes Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. He also worked as a Law Clerk for Porzio during law school and, upon graduation, joined the firm as an Associate. Additionally, he received the American Bankruptcy Law Journal Student Prize for receiving the highest grade in his bankruptcy course and a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for receiving the highest grade in his In-House Counsel Legal Practice course.
