Founded in 1962 as a small general practice firm, Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C.® has become a prominent law firm in the State of New Jersey. Porzio currently has over 90 attorneys in eight offices – Morristown, NJ, Trenton, NJ, Ocean City, NJ, New York, NY, Westborough, MA, Wilmington, DE, Philadelphia, PA, and San Juan, Puerto Rico (Porzio, Bromberg & Newman (PR), LLC).
Porzio’s clients benefit from the counsel of recognized leaders including a retired Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court, James H. Coleman, Jr., former New Jersey Superior Court Assignment Judge (Essex County) Alvin Weiss, former New Jersey Superior Court Assignment Judge (Hudson County) Maurice J. Gallipoli, and former New Jersey Superior Court Presiding Judge (Middlesex County) Jack L. Lintner.
Porzio includes two subsidiaries that specialize in providing unique non-legal services that complement their practice:
- Porzio Governmental Affairs assists clients with legislative, regulatory, and business development efforts in New Jersey.
- Porzio Compliance Services is dedicated to providing various compliance products and services such as a system for simplifying the Bureau of Economic Analysis' extensive requirements and streamlining the filing process, significantly decreasing the individual organization's reporting burden and mitigating risk.
Porzio has strategic alliances with RLDatix Life Sciences, which includes our former subsidiary Porzio Life Sciences, and with Love and Long, L.L.P., a boutique, minority- and woman-owned law firm with offices in Newark, NJ and Philadelphia, PA.
