Overview

Maddalena is a senior financial officer with a nearly thirty year track record of leadership, and influencing law firm and non-legal subsidiary decision-makers. She is responsible for financial management and is accountable for the operations of Porzio's Financial Services Department and its two subsidiary companies offering non-legal professional services. Maddalena is a senior member of the firm's Executive / Management Committee, and is also a member of the firm's Practice Group Chairs Committee, Operations Team and the Executive Committees of two non-legal subsidiary companies.

Maddalena's areas of daily oversight and responsibility for the law firm and subsidiary companies encompass all aspects of financial services, including financial reporting, profitability, billing / collections, accounts receivable / payable, general ledger, banking, client trust and payroll accounting and the 401k / profit sharing plan. She is responsible for preparing the Annual Report for the consolidated companies, and each entities' annual revenue and expense budgets. She is involved in financial analysis and due diligence of incoming lateral recruits. Maddalena understands the importance of building strong relationships as evidenced by her interactions with banking and accounting professionals who provide services to the firm.

As a key member of the Operations Team, her involvement in decision making includes finance, operations, business development, human resources and technology.
