Roy Alan Cohen, Program Chair for the Transportation Megaconference XII provided the Program Introduction and moderated the discussion on, "Effective Settlement Negotiations - Art, Science or Something Else." Eric L. Probst,  moderated the discussion on, "Corporate Counsel Roundtable," which highlighted the insights on the most important legal management issues facing their companies and industry. The conference ocurred on March 11-13th in New Orleans, LA.
