Principal Eric Probst to Present at the 2016 ABA Annual Meeting

Porzio principal Eric L. Probst will present during the 2016 American Bar Association (ABA) Annual Meeting, taking place August 4-7, 2016, at the Westin St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco.

Mr. Probst will serve as a panelist for the ABA Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section's (TIPS) CLE entitled, "It Could Be the Ballgame – Deposition and Trial Insights and Warnings for Preparing, Taking and Defending Rule 30 (b)(6) Corporate Witnesses," taking place on Thursday, August 4th, at 10:30 AM.

This program will address the presentation of the 30(b)(6) witness from deposition through trial from the plaintiff and defense perspective. Starting with the discovery testimony, the panelists will discuss what steps are vital to prepare for the deposition, and then, faced with a trial date, how they deal with the corporate witness’ testimony through motions in limine and at trial.
