Principal Eric Probst Spoke at NJDA Products Liability Seminar

Porzio principal Eric L. Probst presented during the New Jersey Defense Association's (NJDA) 2016 Products Liability Seminar, "Something for Everyone: A Look at Hot Products Topics in the Early 21st Century." Co-sponsored by the Association of Corporate Counsel New Jersey, the program took place on September 23, 2016, from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm in Woodbridge, NJ. 

Mr. Probst joined other esteemed panelists to kick off the program with the session, "Litigation Management: What Works and What Does Not." The speakers explored what outside counsel need to know, and how to avoid obstacles that can stand in the way of a successful management relationship.
