Porzio principal Jennifer A. Romanski moderated a panel during CBI's Medical Affairs Advancement Forum. The session, "A Spotlight on Regulatory and Enforcement Trends," took place on January 30, 2017, at 9:45 AM in Philadelphia, PA. 

Investigations involving life sciences companies for kickback violations, off-label promotion and inappropriate interactions with commercial teams continue to pose challenges for medical affairs professionals. During this session,  attendees heard about current areas of enforcement with a critical eye on medical affairs.
