Porzio Business Owners Symposium Series: Managing Strategic Partnerships/Joint Ventures

Porzio and The Alternative Board of North Central New Jersey (TABNJ) hosted a Business Owners Symposium Series (BOSS) seminar on April 7, 2017. The seminar, "Managing Strategic Partnerships/Joint Ventures," took place at Porzio's offices in Morristown, New Jersey. 

A select group of business owners, executives, directors and general counsel convened to brainstorm ways to partner with other organizations without being a partner. 

Participants discussed how to effectively put law into action. Topics included: necessary legal agreements; financial options; when might a joint venture be an employment relationship; and how one owns what is jointly developed.
