Principal John P. Oroho Presented at Seton Hall's U.S. Healthcare Compliance Program
Porzio principal and Porzio Life Sciences Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer John P. Oroho presented during Seton Hall's four-day U.S. Healthcare Compliance Program, beginning June 12, 2017 in Newark, New Jersey. Mr. Oroho conducted the June 14th 11:50 AM session "Understanding Federal and State Reporting Laws from All Corners."
The U.S. Healthcare Compliance Certification Program immerses attendees in the statutes, regulations and other guidance that comprise the body of law known as "fraud and abuse law." Attendees examined healthcare-related law and regulations alongside their fellow compliance, ethics and integrity officers, legal counsel and many others. Participants engaged in group problem-solving activities and analyzed the covered laws through case studies.
