Thomas Johnston Quoted in Philly.com Regarding Charter Schools

Thomas O. Johnston, a principal of Porzio, Bromberg and Newman, who represents two South Jersey charter schools is quoted in the Philly.com article, "South Jersey Charter Schools Appeal Order to Close." Mr. Johnston argues that the State Education Department staff member who decided not to renew the schools lacked the legal authority to do so. The law gives that power to the education commissioner, he said.
