Kevin Bell Quoted in Thomson Reuters Article Regarding Dietary Supplement Sellers

Kevin Bell, a principal and member of the Intellectual Property Department of Porzio, Bromberg & Newman P.C. (Porzio), was quoted in an article published by Thomson Reuters online on January 14, 2016.  The article, Dietary Supplement Sellers Could Face Fresh Challenges in 2016, focuses on actions by U.S. federal and state officials to insure the safety of dietary supplements.

When asked about the potential for an increase of federal and state investigations, Bell states "I do believe you will see more activity in 2016…There has been no real indication as to how much more aggressive they could get but it has certainly spread beyond just New York."
