Porzio Hosts New England International Transparency Program

The New England office of Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C. (Porzio) and Porzio Life Sciences (PorzioLS) hosted a dinner event and discussion of international transparency. Colleagues throughout the life sciences industry assembled at Catalyst Restaurant in Cambridge, MA on May 24, 2016, to discuss current trends and guidances.

Porzio counsel and PorzioLS vice president Brian P. Sharkey, a frequent author and speaker on international transparency, served as the guest speaker. He provided an overview of the latest international transparency developments, including the EFPIA Disclosure Code, European Sunshine laws, and reporting requirements in Australia, Japan and Canada.
