Porzio principal Thomas Spiesman and counsel Carmen Andrade, members of the firm's Real Estate and Environmental practice groups, presented to the CB Title Group on "Clearing Environmental Issues in Connection with Real Estate Purchases and Lease Transactions: Due Diligence, Risk Assessment and Allocation and Clean-Up". The session took place in Paramus, NJ on November 18, 2016.
