Two Porzio Attorneys Apointed to SABA-NJ Executive Board
Porzio congratulates Rahil Darbar and Tanya Shah on being appointed to serve on the South Asian Bar Association Of New Jersey's (SABA-NJ) Executive Board. Rahil will serve as President-Elect and Tanya Shah will serve as Co-Secretary for the 2019 board.
Rahil and Tanya are both members of Porzio's Litigation Team. Rahil focuses on commercial, construction defect and personal injury litigation. He routinely handles matters in the New Jersey Superior Courts, New York Supreme Courts, and Federal District Courts of New Jersey and New York. Clients have ranged from the banking, telecommunications, hotel and healthcare industries, and Fortune 500 companies to individuals. Rahil received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2010 and his B.A. in Psychology and History from Lehigh University in 2007. He is fluent in Gujarati and Hindi. Tanya is a litigator who handles high exposure cases from pleadings to trial. She received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2014 and her B.A. from Rutgers University in 2011.
SABA-NJ is a voluntary association of attorneys and professionals in the New Jersey area and is dedicated to the needs, concerns, and interests of the South Asian community in New Jersey. SABA-NJ is a chapter of the South Asian Bar Association of North America which provides a vital link between South Asian lawyers and the South Asian community across North America.
