Porzio Welcomes Matthew Donohue to the Education Team
Porzio, Bromberg & Newman P.C. welcomes new associate, Matthew J. Donohue, to the firm's Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Donohue concentrates his practice in the areas of education law, with a focus on special education matters and labor & employment law.
Mr. Donohue represents numerous public entity clients before the Office of Administrative Law, Public Employment Relations Commission, Arbitrators, and all New Jersey courts regarding various matters involving, but not limited to, Orders to Show Cause, Due Process Petitions, Emergent Applications, removal of tenured teachers, special education/ADA violations, and numerous labor & employment arbitrations.
Mr. Donohue received a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from College of William and Mary in 2012, a Juris Doctor, from Boston College Law School in 2015. Mr. Donohue is admitted to practice in New Jersey and will be resident in the firm's Morristown office.
