Porzio Welcomes New Associate Luke R. Hornblower to Business Law Team

Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C. welcomes Luke R. Hornblower as an associate on the Business Law team.  Mr. Hornblower concentrates his practice on corporate and transactional matters.  Prior to joining Porzio, Mr. Hornblower gained legal experience counseling veterinarians on practice sales; he also previously guided investment advisers on regulatory compliance and other entrepreneurs on fundraising.  Before attending law school, Mr. Hornblower worked in the asset management industry.

Mr. Hornblower received his LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation, with distinction, from Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, D.C.; his J.D. from Loyola School of Law, Los Angeles, Los Angeles, CA; and his B.A. from Wesleyan University, Middletown, CT.
