Porzio's David L. Disler Appointed as a Vice President of the New Jersey Association of School Attorneys
David L. Disler, counsel at Porzio, Bromberg & Newman P.C., has been appointed as a Vice President of the New Jersey Association of School Attorneys (NJASA). Mr. Disler has served as a trustee of the NJASA for five years before being appointed as a Vice President for this upcoming year.
As a trusted advisor to numerous boards of education and school districts, Mr. Disler brings extensive experience in education law to his new role. He has a deep understanding of the legal issues facing New Jersey's schools, including special education, and labor and employment.
"I am honored to be appointed a Vice President of the NJASA and look forward to working with my colleagues to continue the organization's important work," said Mr. Disler. "As we navigate the many challenges facing our educational clients, I am committed to providing our members with the resources they need to ensure that every student has access to a high-quality education."
The NJASA is an organization of attorneys interested in the development and advocacy of school law with particular emphasis on the interests of local boards of education in the State of New Jersey. The NJASA was formed to foster and maintain the honor, dignity, and integrity of the profession in the specialized field of school law; to promote and conduct activities leading to a better understanding of the pertinent statutes, rules and regulations in the field of school law; to facilitate professional relations among its members; and to provide means and sources for the dissemination of information and experiences concerning school law and its related areas.
