Sameer concentrates his practice on estate planning, estate administration, elder law, corporate structuring, and complex corporate, partnership, and LLC tax issues. Sameer’s extensive knowledge and experience in these fields help clients receive comprehensive solutions tailored to their unique legal challenges.
Prior to joining Porzio full-time, Sameer was a summer associate in the firm’s summer program. During his time in law school, Sameer served as a judicial intern for Hon. Joan Bedrin Murray in the New Jersey State Tax Court. He demonstrated a keen understanding of tax law and an unwavering commitment to equitable justice during this pivotal experience. Additionally, Sameer was a member of the Rutgers Federal Tax Clinic, where he successfully represented low-income clients.
Sameer is fluent in Urdu and Hindi.
