We handle the transfer of all types of improved and unimproved property, including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, mixed-use and recreational. From the seller’s perspective, we identify and minimize risks and expedite the closing process. When representing purchasers, we coordinate thorough due diligence to eliminate surprises after the closing. We advise clients on the types of permits and approvals that may be required, assist with financing, if necessary, and structure the deal to make sure the purchaser is able to use the property as intended. We also assist buyers and sellers of real property in a variety of transactions including tax-deferred exchanges, TICs and conversions of LLCs.
