Luke R. Hornblower is an associate of Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C. and is a member of the firm's Corporate team where he concentrates his practice on corporate and transactional matters.
Prior to joining Porzio, Mr. Hornblower gained legal experience counseling veterinarians on practice sales; he also previously guided investment advisers on regulatory compliance and other entrepreneurs on fundraising. Before attending law school, Mr. Hornblower worked in the asset management industry.
