Robert Schechter Quoted in Law360 Article as Creditors Committee of Miami Int'l Medical Center Achieves Favorable Settlement

Porzio principal Robert M. Schechter was quoted in the Law360 article, "Bankrupt Miami Hospital Gets OK For Ch. 11 Auction Plans," by Nathan Hale on May 21, 2018. 

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Laurel M. Isicoff has approved a settlement resolving objections from the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors that paves the way for a sale of the Debtor's assets to proceed. Representing the Committee, Mr. Schechter noted that the Court approved agreement accomplishes "what the committee sought out to accomplish."
