Overview
Phoebe T. Clewley is a Massachusetts-based associate of Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C. and a member of the firm's Life Sciences Compliance and Regulatory Counseling Department.
Phoebe advises pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies on legal and healthcare compliance matters related to privacy, review of promotional and medical materials, and launch and commercialization of their products. Additionally, Phoebe supports clients’ compliance initiatives including assisting in the development of various policies and trainings, and in assessing, developing, and implementing companies’ healthcare compliance programs.
Prior to joining the firm, Phoebe held positions with Foundation Medicine, Inc., where she acted as a Compliance representative on a cross-functional GDPR task group, advising the business on various privacy issues and appropriate policies, procedures, and auditing and monitoring efforts. Additionally, she helped educate employees on ethics and compliance protocols and contributed to implementing the company's transparency reporting obligations.
Phoebe received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA, and her B.A. in Psychology from Smith College in Northampton, MA.
