Porzio Continues Expansion With Philadelphia Office Opening

Philadelphia, PA –  Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C., is excited to announce the opening of the firm's new office in Philadelphia, its first office in Pennsylvania. The new office is a significant next step in the firm's goals to expand full-service offerings to clients with business interests across the Northeast region. With the addition of the Philadelphia office, the firm has eight offices across New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Delaware, Puerto Rico, and Pennsylvania. 

"In less than three years, we have added three new offices in strategic locations. This is consistent with our planned regional growth," said Vito A. Gagliardi, Jr., managing principal of Porzio and President of the firm's three wholly-owned subsidiary companies. "The opening of our Philadelphia office will allow us to further serve the needs of our clients who have business interests in the Philadelphia market, and make a positive contribution to the local business community.  Our office leaders have deep roots in the Philadelphia area, and we are ready to hit the ground running."

Diane Fleming Averell, principal,  will lead the Philadelphia office in close collaboration with Cheryl A. Santaniello, managing principal of the firm's office in Wilmington, DE. Averell and Santaniello will work together to build out the firm's full capabilities in the region, which will draw from the firm's already deep bench of Pennsylvania-licensed attorneys. 

"I am thrilled to lead Porzio's expansion in Philadelphia," said Averell, who grew up in Delaware County, PA, and attended Villanova University for both her undergraduate and law school education.
