Overview
Lisa N. Brown collaborates extensively with firm leadership, stakeholders, and committees to create, manage, and monitor strategic initiatives aimed at advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). As the firm’s leading expert on DE&I best practices, she drives the development and implementation of innovative strategies to foster an inclusive workplace.
In partnership with the Workplace Diversity Committee, Lisa oversees and executes the firm’s DE&I strategic plan and associated initiatives, ensuring they align with the firm's objectives and values.
Drawing on nearly two decades of legal experience, Lisa excels as a trusted advisor and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, shaping policies and practices that reflect her deep commitment to these principles.
