Best Lawyers independently verifies eligibility and professional standing before making its final selections, and lawyers cannot purchase the distinction. The 2027 Puerto Rico edition recognizes 467 lawyers across 118 firms and 46 practice areas, representing approximately 3% of the jurisdiction's legal profession.
