Porzio, Bromberg & Newman Expands Leadership Team with New Chief Operating Officer Jeffrey S. Isaacs
Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C. announced today that Jeffrey S. Isaacs has joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer, a newly created role designed to support the firm’s continued strategic growth and strengthen the integration and execution of firmwide business operations.
The addition of the COO role reflects Porzio’s ongoing evolution as it expands its geographic footprint, invests in infrastructure, and adapts to the changing needs of its clients. Recent milestones — including the opening of the firm’s Naples, Florida office, the relocation of the firm’s headquarters, and a comprehensive brand refresh — underscore the firm’s commitment to long‑term growth and client service. Earlier this year, the firm also executed a lease modification in New York, increasing its Manhattan footprint by more than 50% to support continued growth in the market.
“As Porzio continues to grow and adapt to meet our clients’ needs, we’ve been intentional about strengthening the firm’s infrastructure and leadership,” said Vito A. Gagliardi, Jr., Managing Principal of Porzio. “From expanding into new markets to refreshing our brand and investing in our operations, this is a pivotal moment for the firm. Jeff brings the operational leadership and perspective needed to help ensure that growth is thoughtful, integrated, and aligned with our long‑term vision.”
As Chief Operating Officer, Jeff will work closely with firm leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and provide executive oversight across finance, marketing and business development, technology, personnel services, facilities, and administration. The firm has new, as-yet-unannounced initiatives to serve clients in new ways, consistent with its strategic plan, that will benefit from his leadership and experience.
Jeff brings more than two decades of senior leadership experience guiding complex legal and professional services organizations through strategic, operational, and enterprise‑level transformation. A former practicing lawyer, he has led initiatives across legal operations, finance, technology, procurement, risk management, and strategic outsourcing, and is widely recognized for advancing modern legal service delivery models that enhance efficiency, governance, transparency, and client value.
Prior to joining Porzio, Jeff led large‑scale legal operations and transformation initiatives at KPMG, Goldman Sachs, and Prudential Financial, supporting global platforms operating around the world and driving firmwide operational, governance, and cost‑transformation efforts within highly regulated environments.
“I was drawn to Porzio by the momentum the firm has built and the thoughtful way it has approached growth and change,” said Isaacs. “From its recent expansions to its investment in infrastructure and brand, it’s clear the firm is positioning itself for the future while staying grounded in client service and collaboration. I’m excited to be part of the leadership team to help translate that vision into operational excellence and to support the firm as it continues to evolve.”
Having served as both outside counsel and a long‑tenured in‑house legal and operations leader, Jeff brings a well‑rounded, business‑focused perspective to firm management and legal operations.
