Porzio, Bromberg & Newman Strengthens Bankruptcy Practice with Addition of Restructuring Attorney Kimberly N. Pageau
Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C. is pleased to announce that Kimberly N. Pageau has joined the firm as Counsel in the Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring group. Based in the New York office, Pageau brings a wealth of experience representing businesses, creditors, committees, and investors in sophisticated restructuring and insolvency matters across industries including cryptocurrency, retail, and oil & gas.
Pageau advises clients on all aspects of bankruptcy proceedings, debt restructurings, and related litigation, with a strong focus on helping companies and stakeholders navigate financial distress with strategic, practical solutions. Her early-stage planning and deep understanding of bankruptcy law position her to effectively guide clients through complex challenges.

Pageau earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and her B.A. from the University of Michigan. She is an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Turnaround Management Association.
