He also drafts a wide range of governing documents, including decanting resolutions, trust restatements, and declarations of trust, to reflect changes in law or client intent. Andrew has extensive experience in fiduciary litigation, representing clients in disputes involving trustees, beneficiaries, and complex trust and estate administration issues

In addition to his litigation capabilities, Andrew focuses on designing and implementing customized estate and wealth transfer strategies for high-net-worth individuals and families. He regularly advises on the use of advanced trust structures, including GRATs, QTIPs, IDGTs, DAPTs, and DINGs, to achieve tax-efficient and asset-protective outcomes aligned with clients’ goals.

His experience includes preparing all necessary instruments for business formation and ownership transition, such as certificates of formation, operating agreements, and share transfer agreements.

His tax practice spans federal, state, and local levels, where he counsels clients on compliance, planning, and controversy matters.
