Overview
John M. Newman is a founding principal of Porzio, Bromberg & Newman. As a member of the firm’s litigation department, his practice focuses on the management and trial of complex and diversified commercial civil litigation in the courts of New Jersey, New York and other jurisdictions. He has substantial experience in commercial litigation and arbitration; mediation; environmental cost recovery cases; contract, employment, real estate and land use litigation.
