Overview
Joseph A. Paparo is a principal of the firm and chair of the Real Estate, Land Use and Redevelopment, and Environmental practice groups.
Mr. Paparo effectively guides his clients through the local entitlement filing and approval process, including defending planning and zoning board appeals on behalf of developers. His clients include national and global companies in sectors such as industrial, national retailers, franchises, multi-family residential housing providers, non-profit housing organizations and private developers.
Mr. Paparo also served as the Zoning Board Attorney for the Township of Hazlet from 2010 - 2013, providing added valuable insight into the development approval process, to the benefit of his clients.
