Carmen Andrade Elected to Bergen County Chamber of Commerce Board
Carmen Andrade, a principal in Porzio, Bromberg & Newman’s Real Estate, Land Use, and Environmental Practice Group and Corporate Practice Group, has been elected to the Board of the Bergen County Chamber of Commerce, effective immediately. In this role, Ms. Andrade will contribute to the Chamber’s mission of fostering economic growth, advocating for local businesses, and enhancing professional development opportunities throughout the region.
As a lifelong Bergen County resident, Ms. Andrade’s election reflects her strong commitment to the Bergen County business community and her extensive expertise in guiding companies through complex legal and operational challenges. She advises businesses of all sizes on corporate governance, corporate transactional matters, business counseling and contract negotiations. Her deep experience in all aspects of real estate transactions including, sales, acquisitions, leasing and commercial lending further enhances her ability to address the diverse needs of Bergen County’s business community.
