Erik G. Lascano

Associate

Overview

Erik Lascano supports clients navigating bankruptcy, restructuring, and related litigation matters. He has gained experience throughout his internships with issues involving dischargeability, fraudulent transfers, and contested filings, and has observed proceedings under Chapters 7, 11, and 13. This background provides him with perspective on how courts evaluate complex financial disputes and how those insights can help shape effective client strategies.

In addition to his bankruptcy focus, Erik has assisted with matters involving commercial lending, mergers and acquisitions, and affordable housing transactions. Before joining the firm as an associate, he clerked for the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division for the 2024-2025 term, in which he drafted opinions and completed memos related to criminal, civil, chancery, and administrative issues that were on appeal before appellate panel. His exposure to both litigation and transactional work allows him to consider the broader financial and business context when supporting client needs.

Erik is dedicated to delivering clear, practical guidance and strives to develop solutions that address both the immediate challenges and long-term objectives of his clients.
