Jennyann M. Hanson

As Director of Human Resources, Jennyann Hanson brings over 15 years of experience guiding people-focused initiatives that enhance engagement, drive efficiency, and support organizational success. She manages all aspects of the firm’s HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, benefits administration, and employee relations.

A dynamic and high-energy HR professional, Jennyann is known for her strategic approach to fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Since joining Porzio in 2022, she has been instrumental in strengthening the firm’s culture and aligning HR programs with broader business goals, focusing on engagement, professional growth, and operational excellence across the organization.

Before joining Porzio, Jennyann served in HR leadership roles at Technogym, Cartridge Actuated Devices, and Kinly, where she developed and implemented programs that improved employee performance, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

Her diverse experience enables her to bring innovative, people-first solutions for the firm’s toughest HR and workplace challenges.
